DIY Tip Of The Day

Fix a toilet that won't flush

If your toilet won't flush, a possible cause could be a faulty link between the handle and the siphon. Take the lid off of the toilet and see if the linkage has broken, fallen off or bent. If the link is bent you may be able to straighten it. If its broken you will need to buy a replacement. A quick temporary fix is to make a link out of a bit or wire coat hanger bent with pliers.
